Woke up early to meet Selena to get our nails done and ready for CNY! HAHA

Had a nice chat with her over lunch and then we head down for our CNY service.

Had a good dinner with family and some auntie and uncles.

Yes I am ending 2011 with a thankful heart.
It has been a busy yet fruitful year for me.
- took tuition assignments
- gaining much trust from people around that I cannot believe it myself
- having friends around, accommodating to my busy schedule
- stability
- Taiwan for holiday! dream came through!

A year that I truly learned a lot.
Rushing through Year 2 in polytechnic.
Cut bangs!! OMG something I thought I will never try in my life!
Painted my room TURQUOISE!!! Favourite colour!
This year was well spent with friends and family =)
Except one. Very dear to me till today.
I've yet to meet but I promise I will find a time even for just a simple meal and catching up session.

Finally long awaited day had arrived!

yum yumm brunch.
Hmm the place is located at somewhere not very accessible if going by public transport.
We walked 15-20 mins from the MRT station to reach that place.
I had poached egg! hehe really crave for that for the longest time.
However, I will not say this is fantastic.
Egg was a bit tasteless or is it because I was not feeling well?
Bacon, Ham and the English muffin are AWESOME! hehe!
I won't mind going back to try other dishes!
Something that is good is that they don't have charges like GST and Service Charge!

After which I went to have a small gathering with ex- W20 members!
People that I've known for a decade!
Imagine a 8 years old girl
and now a 19 years old girl.
Had all the fun playing the games we used to play, sang songs we used to sing for cellgroup.
Memories of a lifetime.
First Cellgroup in CHC.
Time passes way too fast to realise we all have grown up.

Life has been good to me for the past months?
Somehow or rather.
Though I was constantly rushing in and out because of tuition but I also did manage to spend time with some beloved.

Had Twelve Cupcakes on don't know which day.
I fell in love with these cupcakes after sister randomly brought it back.
I can say I am a big fan of almost all the sweet stuff?
Except candies.
Back to cupcakes, I was saying to almost everyone I see that I was craving for Twelve Cupcakes.
One fine day, finally decided to get it with Fabian, Jingwei and Weiting!
Fabian gave us a treat!

*I had one of them today but I'm missing them already. =(

Past months I somehow got to know of the movie "You Are The Apple of My Eye"
Because of the busy schedule I have, I didn't had much time for movies and all so when I saw the advertisement of this movie I told myself 'I'm gonna watch it no matter what!'
Still remember I did something crazy, rushing from school to tuition then rush back to woodlands to make it for the movie.
I would say, TOTALLY WORTH IT!
The movie just brought me back to the past.
Through the movie I really can feel such love that existed yet not fated.
The movie reminds me of someone.
Maybe in parallel universe we are together.

Watched Breaking Dawn and Already Famous.
Glad that old times are coming back.
W14A still rocks!

Just a thought after some memories.
I remember a year ago something happened between my first semester class.
Things changed after that day.
Looked through those convos that we had, it is kind of sad.
Anyway, I am grateful for those friends that stood by me when I felt like giving everything up.

Up to today, yes I still have this friend that is always there, knows me more than the rest.
Still stand by me even after seeing the good and bad part of me.
Willing to entertain me any time of the day. Even 6am in the morning.
When we first know each other, I never thought that we will be this close.
I am really thankful.
Thankful that you are still here even after seeing the most awful side of me.
Thank you for putting up with my temper and days that I just simply ignore you for no reason and you came back with a smile to bridge things back.

I did not do cutting and rebonding on the same day.

First picture was right after I snip my long hair and fringe off.
Second was normal day after washing and not blowing. (bouncy?)

That is how I look like now! I think there is a need for me to cut my fringe soon, it's poking into my eyes. ):<

I'm Back.
Been 'away' for awhile in terms of online.
Did not deactivate any of my accounts but just I left it to how it is, no tweet from me, no reply and....
I just wanted to see if anyone realized a missing friend.
I doubt anyone did anyway.
Been screwing myself up quite badly to see the reactions of friends. I am mean, sorry.
Saw a quote in tumblr which I felt quite true.
"Screw yourself and see who is still around and those you can gladly call them FRIEND."

Sometimes I just need to think about things and when I manage to solve all with logic I will be back. =)

Emotionally I'm quite drained.
Been thinking about so many things and figuring out.
Sometimes, I do hope doomsday is tomorrow.

I do have times that I am negative so let me just be me for now, I know what I am doing.

Things that I have in my head

Been thinking very much recently with no apparent reason.
Unknown mood swing which very much made me feel like disappearing to somewhere for sometime.
It just seems like I've been too busy and with that reason I lose my friends?
Or am I not good enough to be a friend that they would treasure.
Very much I've been thinking. I'm like a second choice for friends, if they have someone else I guess they wouldn't remember me.
Left alone.
Popular among people ? I guess not.

Holidays are here for me to enjoy? Nope not really.
Been really busy with tuition and all. Tried so hard to fit in time to spend with friends but sometimes when something triggers me to think, I felt that those time that I squeezed out for friends ain't that worth it.

I should have rest more, getting more sleep and spending more time at home rather than squeezing tuition all at a day then have a day out yet not quite enjoy that day out.
Third week into holiday, till now I don't even have one day that I completely stayed home to rest and just to watch television and just relax.

When people don't treasure, don't have to stick around for too long.
It just make you seems like a fool which is completely extra in their life.
Stay around those that treasures you.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS!

Went for the long awaited Max Brenner with nana and Karwen.
Had Dark chocolate Suckao.
Amazing experience with that small candle cup or whatever you call that.
chocolate drops were just enough for 2-3 cups of hot chocolate but not for milk, however, they do refill for milk. Just have to ask them for more milk when it runs out. =)

Definitely going back to try more of the other chocolateyyyy desserts!

Yes I've ended my year 2 sem 1!
Like a finally!
Been waiting for so long for this erm holidays but well I will be busy the whole month but I do hope it will be fruitful(not just having tuition and working but going out with friends!)

After my last UT went to prank on bobo.
He dared Yixin to go to his place and crazy Yixin really went and pulled me along.
Everything was fun EXCEPT the damn bird that bobo owns! >:(
Yixin let it out to fly and it flew around and stand on people ARGH!!!!
Had brekkie with them and went back to bobo's house to slack.
Met up with Kendra at town, had a great time with them =)

How's holidays so far?
One word. BUSY!
I admit that I'm always busy which is something I need to improve on. HAHA
Busy with endless tuition lessons but one thing that is different is that I get to spend time with friends this time round!

Mask Time!

Last week of July I went to Rachael's house to stayover as a promise.
Bought lots of snacks but had few packs only and Rachael cannot stop complaining that I am not eating and making her eat and eat. HAHA
We did mask! Chocolate and Macaroon flavour!
Watched some movie which I hmmm felt was boring hehe!
Slept for few hours then went home and went for tuition and cg den tuition again.
Amazed by myself. Tahan so long HAHAHAHA!

Maybe it has been days just that I did not really attend to the feelings.
At times I ask myself, or to say time after time I keep asking myself.
Will friends really accept you for who you are, accept your busy schedule and not be angry?
Cos I just feel that, they will not.
Friends will just give up, though they say they are not angry but do you think it's the truth?

TAIWAN HOLIDAY ! Part 2

DAY THREE
We went to Wu Fen Pu, Ben Tou, Dan shui and Shilin night market.

went to Wu Fen Pu but none of the shop was open =(
went on to Ben Tou for hot spring! hehe
Experience. hmmm ok lah. I don't really like it but just to know what is hot spring like.

After hot bathe we went on to Dan shui for goodies as my mum love their "tie dan" = "metal eggs"? HHAHA
No lah! it's just some marinated eggs with interesting chewy feeling.
We bought A LOT A LOT. Everyone carried abit of those but still it was heavy =\
No pictures as it was raining so we just make do without camera.
Boring and wasted but well no choice as we don't want to spoil the camera.

Shilin night market after that!
It was one of the thing I looked forward to for Taiwan trip!
But great great disappointment.
It rained so much that we were walking with wet clothes and had to find shelter wherever we go.
Thought of eating those goodies there as TV shows kept emphasizing how great were their food but we were in a rush so we only bought few things.
I wanted to have their famous Chicken cutlets but didn't.
Went back to Ximending and got ourselves and parents the famous ah zhong mian sian. =)

DAY FOUR
Last day in Taiwan. =(
Woke up early and went to have breakfast at their normal breakfast shop.
Went to the NTUC there for instant noodles. YES instant noodles.
erm we are not that broke that we had to be fed on instant noodles just that it's because their instant noodles are famous?
HAHA
They have REAL meat inside. My parents and sister love the beef noodles so we went there to buy, we bought in bulk and I think we kind of shocked the storekeeper. HAHAHAH
I was the only one that was interest-less about instant noodles or to say beef noodles cos I don't eat beef with stench and beef noodles has that strong strong smell.
While they were busy deciding how many packets they should buy, I went to walk around.

HUGE Yakult

After NTUC shopping we went back to hotel to drop those boxes of instant noodles then went to some places.
Bore me and my sister much, looking at pots of plant and jade kind of thing.
We rushed through the walk and found a place to snack and chill while the adults continue.
After that we went back to hotel and thats when the DRAMA start.

I was the main lead for the whole drama cos I WENT MISSING!
hehe!
The whole thing started cos I wanted to pack milktea for dinner as that will be the last milktea in Taiwan so I told my sister and she said once we reach Ximending I shall rush and get the milktea as we were running out of time. We need to pack dinner and go back to hotel to get our luggage then wait for the coach to send us to airport.
So, I went according to plan once we reached Ximending I rushed to Bubbletea stall. While walking I kept turning back to reassure I still can see them but after a few turns OH NO! I LOST THEM!
So I told myself it's ok it's ok. I shall keep calm and be a big girl which is that I shall get milktea and meet them back in hotel.
I went on to order milktea and after ordering! I realised earlier when we were buying things I gave all my cash to my sister! ARGH
PANIC.
Ok so I thought to myself I shall go back to hotel.
Ximending was so big and the streets all look the same, I kind of lost my direction back to hotel though at the back of my mind I somehow feel that the hotel was just infront but I just did not have the faith to walk cos I was afraid I will be further away from the hotel.
Standing there alone thinking what should I do next.
I don't remember the Chinese name of the hotel and people there all speak Mandarin only.
At that moment, I was really freaking out. Thinking to myself...
The time is running out, coach is coming soon, I don't have phone or cash with me what should I do?
So I think hard enough and I remember the English name of the hotel! I went around asking people and THANK GOD! I asked someone that was with iPhone! Though the couple does not know where exactly was the hotel and also because I gave a English name of the hotel. They went to google search as I spelled the name out for them.

Lo and behold, the hotel was really just infront. -__-
Thanked the couple and quickly I rushed back! Literally RUSHED back!
Reached the hotel and thinking I should go back to the room to see if they are there.
That hotel has weird door, the door won't auto lock you need to manually lock so happily I open the door.
ARRRRRRRRRR*MALU*MALU*
A couple stared at me.
I forgotten we already Checked-out.
ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
Unsure if my family had left without me. I remembered we did drop our luggage with the hotel so I asked if the luggage were still around. Sigh of relief after knowing that the luggage is still around, means they will definitely come back to the hotel.
Waited for sometime but no one came back so I decided to use the desktop at the lobby to tweet and email my sister but I took a really long time as the language was Chinese again!
Really bad to be poor in mandarin.

I sat at the lobby waiting for their return. FINALLY my dad appeared.
But mum and sister still looking for me. Time is getting closer and closer to arrival of coach.
My dad's friend went down to look for them and they came back and I got scolded from mum. ;/
I told her I thought they will wait for me in the hotel but my mum said "how am I going to sit here and wait when I don't know your whereabouts?"
So, after that we quickly grab our luggage and waited for the coach. While waiting we saw another drama, ambulance was outside a cinema.
We were joking about it cos right on top of the building there was this poster of the movie Hangover, that person got hangover just by watching hangover. HAHAHA

erm Drama doesn't end there. I got lost in airport again.yes again!
My sister told me to go and queue first then I happily went.
I didn't know the departure hall and arrival hall is separated unlike Singapore.
I was at the arrival hall. =/
so I couldn't find the queue. Now nearer to boarding time. PANIC like crazy.
I went back to the bus area. They were not there ='(
Then I heard my name! MY SISTER found me!
Hehe!

TAIWAN HOLIDAY ! Part 1

Here is my SUPER outdated post. I'm just too busy to update. =(
Taiwan trip from 25-28 May 2011

DREAM CAME THROUGH!

Going to Taiwan has always been my dream since donkey years ago.
This trip was one that is very sudden, one day my dad was just saying about Taiwan and because at times he just say only so I did not really think that we are really going.
It was until they started checking airfare and all the miscellaneous, that was when I believe that we are really going to Taiwan!
This trip is also the 2nd trip that is fully paid by myself.

My parents went over to Taiwan before me and my sister as we did not want to miss more lesson or take more leave from work (as for my sister).
So we went 2 days after them, this is the first time we are travelling on our own!
Excited much!
Usually it's with friends or with parents but this time was just me and my sister!

DAY ONE

Did our last checking, had lunch and all and off to airport!
Sister was kind enough to buy me chocolates from THE COCOA TREES before boarding the plane, hehe I am someone that will die if I'm without chocolate.
Hehe we also bought lots of snacks to munch on the plane.
Watched some movies to entertain ourselves for that 4-5 hours.

ARRIVED !

HUNGRYYYYY!

ARRIVED! haha
We arrived at 8plus.
Singapore and Taiwan has no time difference so yup.
Took their bus (feigou AKA fun go) to hotel to meet our parents.
On the way there I saw this PARTY WORLD building!
Sister told me before, it's whole building of karaoke but sad =( we didn't manage to go.

Reached hotel and super HAPPY to know that there's Internet in the room itself!!! YAY!
After unloading all our stuff, my sister, mum and I went to SHI DA night market.
Quite disappointed as there weren't much stall left open, well but I bought milk tea and crepe! hehe. Oh ya! We also bought one L size Yakult!

DAY TWO
Rise and Shine!
Had breakfast provided by hotel.
Hmmmmmmm breakfast was bread, ham and Cha Ye Dan (Tea Leaf Egg)
Erm the hotel provided that same breakfast everyday so I was so sian.
Thank God we went to other places for breakfast before starting our long and fun day!

We went to Ji Long, Jiu Fen, Ye Liu, Miao Kou night market and Mang Ka night market!
Didn't take much pictures as it was raining the whole day so we are not really in mood for pictures and moreover if we really had taken pictures I think we will look sian as we were all wet.
One thing I think Taiwanese deserve praise is that people queue up to get into train and make sure they let people who are alighting alight first. On certain trains they also have priority seats not just for old people but also PRIORITY SEATS FOR FEMALE!!!! hehehehehe!

Remember, we did say that we will meet at least once a week but as time passes we have our own life to live.
I guess I am to blame to why we both drift further.
I was always busy. Even up to now.

Celebrated Valerie Birthday
Met up with Ex-E316ers at minds cafe
Met Bobo ShiHui and Kendra for Starbucks and short catch-up session
Saw lots of MONKEYS when going for tuition and totally freaks me out!
Had Starbucks for 6 days in one week
Went ECP with N317 and cycled for 3 hours straight and caused myself to have aches everywhere the next day, lied on bed the whole day.
Had tuition for 10days straight
TAIWAN!

That's all! These are the events that I can remember.
Shall find time to update this space so that next time I can read back =)

Year 2 Sem 1

Yes I started my school. I'm in Year 2 and semester 1 of poly life.
Changing class 4 out of 5 days.
Totally madness.
Saw those Facilitators and thought to myself how will I survive under them.
Honestly I'm unsure if it is because I'm still in holiday mood or some other reasons that I really don't look forward to school.

Classes with those boring old facilitators just bore me much.
They are so strict and for the first week of school I already got 3 C out of 5.
If they continue to give me C, my GPA by end of semester 1 confirm cui to the max.

Enough of ranting about boring school.

Not feeling very good this few days in terms of mentally.
Being a little emotional about things or people around me.
The trust problem is coming back. I have very bad feeling of trusting people again.
some people you thought you will be able to trust them but after awhile you will doubt and slowly making yourself upset once again.
In this I learnt one thing,
never expect for anything so that you won't cling a hope onto yourself.
any results won't be able to upset you also cause in the first place there's no hope for something.
It's a bit sad if we don't expect anything in life.
That's why I always fail to not expect.

I just hope that I can trust the right person and that person will never let me down.

This holiday I enjoyed a lot and had lots of FUN!
hehe!
I had 2 chalets
went for leaders' training day camp.
fulfil at least 8 hours of sleep almost whole holiday
joined FOP!

Roughly sum up everything in month of March and April.

Celebrated Kendra's Birthday with small giant milktea. HAHA
we had a good good time eating and chit chatting at that restaurant.
Went to 'tour' around bugis area.

went to places to fish with family, uncle, aunt and cousin.
caught a crab and fish at the same time!
HAHA
Fishing was so last minute. I made decision whether to go or not to go in less than 5 minutes. HAHA

Team 38 <3!

FOP 2011!
First day of FOP I went there happily and excited to see my team and also thinking of how to work with my SL partner.
BUT!!!!!
When we reached they told us they don't have enough people so from two SL to one team to one SL per team. I almost fainted like seriously.
I keep thinking to myself all the 'what ifs'
what if I cannot make them enjoy the games
what if I cannot handle all of them
what if I cannot take care of them properly
what if they all LEAVE ME!

HAHA
abit of think too much.

SO!
I handled a team of 25-28 on the first day.
The team spirit was kind of low and I kept on shouting just to get their spirit high but I FAILED.
Hmmmm I think of cheer for them and cheered with them!
I think I didn't lead the team very well but they really were nice.
After lunch the spirit was slightly higher.
They started cheering with me which I felt really really Happy!

second day lesser people. Kind of expected that lah but well majority came.
second day SL need not do much as that day is mainly on information.
So while freshies were being entertained by those boring information, I spent my time with other team SLs. Sin ee, Triffany, Chin yee, Jasmine,Kelsey and Kendra.
we chat chat chat and entertain ourselves.

Third day of FOP should be the most fun day cos there will be Jam & Hop.
Like what I've said. each day the number of freshies just gets lesser.
I'm really thankful for those who came for those 3 days and be with me.
I had fun with all of them and I do hope more of less I did made an impact that is enough for them to remember me as their SL. HAHA
Anyway Jam & Hop was great. A mini club HAHA!

Orh ya! Team 37 have great freshies too!
They are nice people that really can RARA the whole team.

3rd chalet with W14A

YES IT IS THE 3RD CHALET WITH W14A!

hehe. chalet with those people will always be fun!
BUT the lizard and insects GAOGAO
It's more like a family gathering feel than class chalet feel.
This time we had a lot leftovers as we only had 11-13 people for chalet?
8-9 stayed.
No more 10.2km walk but this time we had more time to ourselves, as in, girls one group and guys one group.
First day after BBQ girls went to look for swings.
Weiting took the lead, she keep on saying we are reaching after that public toilet.
End up walking past 5 toilets and a good 20mins walk.
while girls had fun on swing or the walking to and fro, guys were drinking and getting high and doing weird stuff.
First night guys had an early night while girls chatted till 6am? HAHA
had few hours of sleep then off to swim. HAHA. more of soak in water lah.

Second day more people came.
had BBQ also. After BBQ we caught World Invasion.
then it's girls turn to sleep early, guys were watching movie. HAHA

We didn't manage to take a group picture. hehe

Once again. Watching drama and got myself crying like hell again.
Cried not because there were super sad scene but I finally understand.
Every drama always bring different meaning to me.
Some are sad some are inspiring.

This time I finish watching Dream High.
This time I cried cos I realised, drama is just like another camp I attended.
When in camp or chalet, that few days you bond so well with the people in there and when it's time to leave, the sadness of being apart overwhelmed us.
Watching drama, we will spend days 'chasing' after each episode, always hope the drama won't end but when reality strikes, we know there is always an end to everything.
That period when we were watching those drama is just like spending our days with them, we already formed an invincible bond.

I hate goodbye so much but in life there are so many goodbye.
When we say goodbye, it is not the first nor will it be the last.
I hate it when I am feeling so emotional even if it's just a made up entertainment.

There is no endless banquet in this world.
to be only yours i pray...

Oldman's 19th Birthday

It's Oldman's Birthday!

We celebrated oldman's birthday in advance as chacha cant make it for the actual date.
We planned a surprise for oldman but! PLAN FAILED!

We told him to meet us at a time but before the time to meet we bump into him!
ARGHHHHH
We were holding cake and things
Oldman knew but acted blur, he played along.
we went separate ways for awhile till it's was time to meet.
He kind of faked the surprise look when we finally meet him.

So So So what did we do?
Chacha and I, we wrote 19 slips of...... wish,facts,jokes to make up a birthday card for oldman.
we had 19 candles for him too!
we attached the 19 slips of paper to the 19 candles.
Made him blow all 19 candles one by one.
got him Strawberry cake as he's a strawberry boy.
He love strawberry so much!

I am Blessed and yet again. To have them with me for 9 years! =)
They are the ones that didnt mind waiting for me despite knowing my I might not even have the time to meet them. Love them so much!

Dramas

I don't understand why.
Why am i so emotional when watching dramas.
Sometimes i wonder, why must i watch those dramas and end up feeling super sad over just a drama.
I just finish watching Endless Love.
Though i know dramas are planned before the showing but i still help it with my emotions.
I do think of you when i watch drama, i do miss you.

W46F chalet

Yes another chalet.

3rd chalet I have ever since i started schooling in RP.
This time is with another group of people which is W46F. I feel abit bad though, I looked through my blog posts and realised I did not blog once about them.
HEHE. sorry lah huh.

So now, I am done with first year of polytechnic! Two more years to go.
sum up everything I would say.........
I feel RP is not as bad as many think it is.

Back to the topic. I had chalet with W46F at costa sand.
This chalet is slightly different from the two chalet I attended.
Chalet with W14A is never boring or with the 'out of place' feeling.
Even though we may just stay in the room for the whole day and just watch some unknown movie or just chit chat, it is enough. As long as we are together, we feel contented.
Chalet with W46F, I did felt the 'out of place' feeling at times. I will think of things like 'what am I doing here.....'
We were all in cliques and people are scattered all over. Last day of class with W46F wasn't that difficult to part but it was for W14A.

Anyway, enough of all these.

1st part! 05-02-2011

Valerie Chua Yuan Yuan and Kendrick waited for me below my block from 11pm till 1130pm.
The plan was funny lah...
They contacted my sister and i really didnt suspect anything.
My sister told my mum to faster go home cos my friends are waiting below our block to celebrate my birthday.
So i just followed. Took cab back from my aunt's house and on the way back i fell asleep on the cab.
I was so tired cos everyday i sleep at god knows what time and wake up early to catch those angpaos. HAHAHAHA
Best thing is the driver went wrong way and had to take a route that is longer. ( I didnt know they were waiting so to me i just thought 'orh wrong way then find your way now lor' )
When reached, i went out the cab with messy hair, small eyes and tired face.
I was the first to get out of the cab and as i walked towards the lift someone shouted 'Claraaaaa!'
*Blink Blink, strain eyes,Blink Blink Blink*
Saw Yuan yuan and Kendrick!
Followed by Birthday song.......

So shock and touch!!!!
They waited for me just to give me a Birthday Surprise!!!
They really are people who are dear to me! =)
AND another shocking surprise!
They passed me an angpao with names of 9 people (Aaron,Agnes,Joyce,Kendrick,Natalie,Sean,TzeHua,Valerie,Yeoyi) and cash of 160!
I really had no idea how they collect the money without me knowing.

2nd part! 06-02-2011

N317 celebrated my birthday =)
After visiting at Selena's house i went to Bugis to meet my parents, sister and yeoyi for dinner at Wong Kok Char Chan Teng!
HAHA
I went there cos i wanted to try the birthday giant milktea!
Huge right?! Super cool!
When the lady take out the milktea from kitchen, Birthday song was played.
I paid for that meal! =) Been wanting to treat them to a nice meal.
Hehe we didnt manage to finish that huge milktea as only 3 of us drinks milktea.

3rd part! 08-02-2011

Beloved W14A!
HAHA. I expected the surprise.
on Monday they asked Eileen to message me to ask if i wanna walk to MRT station together.
Why i say plan failed, cos Eileen don't meet us after school de, when she asked i was like 'hmmmm ok.'
I didnt meet them on Monday also cos i had to rush off to meet William.
Finally meet him after a long 2 years!
Tuesday came. i didnt went lunch with them as i was busy with my presentation slides.
Seewee came to my class and asked me out to outside class. TOTALLY FAIL!
why would someone out of ramdomness as you out. -_-
I went out saw no one and went into class to save my slides first then came out again.
waited for them outside class. Eileen and Yizhen came and talked to me.
Then the guys came out from another area with cake. =))
I wanted to smile nicely but i just couldnt.
I was really HAPPY!
BUT !!!!!

WooHoo CNY!
One of the thing that i look forward every year.
I think because I'm a 'Chinese New Year' baby.
CNY baby means my birthday is always around CNY and my lunar birthday is on every 3rd day of CNY. Heeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

CNY this year, hmmm not with much mood but enjoyed a lot.
First Day was busy to the max.
Went to paternal side uncle's house den maternal side aunt's house den another paternal side aunt's house.
Really Visiting!!! HAHAA

Second day of CNY is always fun.
First day is always like visiting for sake of visiting cos i'm not close to cousins from paternal side and people there are much older in age.
Can't click well with them.
Second day is visiting maternal side.
we will always gather at the eldest aunt's house.
It's always fun cos cousins at maternal side are around our age and we are very close.
Mummy will go early to prepare and i will just reach early and wait for rest of the people to reach.

Third day of CNY.
Early in the morning, went for company's loh hei!
After that i met up with Valerie for movie.
Wanted to watch Homecoming BUT fully booked. SIANZ
So we went to sakae for lunch. Heeee
Wanted to treat this dearest cousin of mine but she paid the meal saying that it's a birthday treat.
After that went to aunt's house again and mummy cooked 'mee sua' for me as it was my lunar birthday.

Fourth day of CNY.
Cg went to Selena's house.
Almost all of them were playing mahjong AND all i can do is to sit there and observe how they play cos i know nothing about mahjong!

It's almost ending of January 2011 !
time zoomed passed !
January 2011 for me was filled with tests, meetups and not enough rest.
Had tests from second day of school reopen till this week.

Met up with people ! Most enjoyable things that happened in January.
Catch up with Jane as she was back for holiday.
Updates about individual life.
Talk a lot about the past as well, seems like we have a time machine that brought us back to 7-8 years ago.
when i'm talking to certain people, i will feel that my life kind of stopped at primary six.
HEHE.

so yup been busy with many things.
Always one place to another, i seriously don't have enough sleep/rest.

Meet up with them at 3plus and went to CSC for pool and bowling and headed to town after that.
went to Marina Square to have our dinner BUT there were so many people!
Dinner at Just Acia. so we thought 10 plus still early.
11pm then we started walking to esplanade BUT the road was close. we couldnt go over to esplanade, those traffic police keeps making us walk further.

Right after Countdown we went over to bishan for prawning session.
It was super super crowded, i think there were so many people that they finish the prawn in there.
Prawn for 2-3 hours, only caught 6 prawns. they spent 60bucks.
1prawn = 10 bucks. wah dman ex!
HAHHA
Reached home at 7plus 8 in the morning. slept all the way till 3plus 4.
woke up thinking why i wake up so early. HAHA
didnt manage to go back to sleep. =(

Merry Christmas !

BUSY DECEMBER!
After the relaxing Cameron trip, time for busy busy month.
Been working for the past few weeks.
schedule were packed DAY TO DAY.
Not a day i had enough sleep and the enough sleep is not referring to those 12 hours kind but i didnt even have time for 8 hours sleep. On average, i just had 4-5 hours sleep daily. =(

Christmas Cellgroup!
Had games amd performance by few of cg members.
we kinda feasted, lots of nice nice food!
Had logcake, pasta, cupcakes and many other snacks.
Then gift exchange! HAHA
This is something that we cannot miss in christmas party.

It was our Candlelight Service! Whole hall filled with people and it was so beautiful when candles were lighted up!
went around taking pictures!

After Candlelight Service.
Went for Usher outing, a bonding session with people whom we serve week in week out with.
=)
Played lots of games, games that make us know the church better?
HAHA. questions like, how many steps are there in baptism pool and how many flowerpot are there at the rooftop. WAT THE HELL right?!

Cameron Highland !

HELLO!
I am back from 2 days 1 night Cameron Highland getaway trip!
It was a super short yet relaxing trip!

Rush home after Math Re-test and pack up.
Yeoyi came to pick sister and i.
Went to yeoyi's house and had dinner then his turn to pack up and stuff.
Left his house at 8plus and took a cab to Golden Mile to meet up with the rest.
Board the coach from Golden Mile at 1030pm (begin of our 8 hours journey!)
went with 9 others.
Aaron,Joyce,Agnes,Xiao Xin,Tze Hwa,YeoYi, Sister, Sean and Audrey.

The journey there is damn long!
i thought when i saw sign board that says Cameron Highland means reaching BUT NO!
After that sign board i think is another 2-3 hours!
continue sleeping!
HAHA!

Reach Cameron Highland at 8plus in the morning.
I was freezing in the bus, so i thought getting down will warm me up BUT NO! =(
the temperature outside is colder than the bus!
I regretted listening to my sister, i brought clothes that is just enough for maybe singapore temperature?
wanna add more layer also cannot! ARGHHH

So after breakfast we went to hotel to check in and then off to tea plantation.
Learn about tea and saw how they process the tea leaves.

After that went to have lunch.
The lunch they served was super WOW!
At first 4 dishes came out so we thought it was acceptable for a less than 5bucks (per pax) lunch.
Just as we are about to start eating they brought out another dish so we thought "hmm ok, the lunch they serve are quite good."
So after we arrange the position of those dishes they came out with another dish!
This time we all were shock!
SO MUCH FOOD!
and the cost is really cheap!
HAHA!

Cactus!

After lunch we continue with our tour.
we went to cactus farm, strawberry farm and some other places but i cant remember. HEHE
we went to pluck out own strawberries! FUN!

After that we went back to hotel at 7pm for steamboat dinner.
This is the first time i eat steamboat with so much VEGETABLE!
every food item was fixed to the number of people EXCEPT the VEGETABLE!
kind of scary when think of those vegetables. eee!
After dinner we went to night market! it was raining! SUPER COLD!
Nothing to buy, so we bought food back.

i realised this trip i eat lots and lots of Corn!
so healthy HAHA

After wash up some of them started playing monopoly deal, i wanted to play and join in the fun but my eyes can barely open. i was so tired.
i fell asleep while holding the cards! that was how tired i was.
i think end up we just play one round and everyone went to bed.

Next morning!
Time to leave Cameron Highland.
After breakfast we waited for the coach back to singapore.
we board the coach at 11am and expect it to reach by 7pm BUT we reach singapore only at 1030pm!!
the driver brought us for a 'tour'. we are not supposed to passby any town area but end up we were in KL at 4pm.
we all panic for awhile, thoughts of 'did we board the wrong bus'
so we waited and thought it's still alright cos at most delay by 1 hour which then we will reach singapore at 8pm.
we continue sleeping, everyone woke up at 6plus. find ourselves nowhere near singapore!
ARGH super lost!
It came to a point that we were TIRED OF SLEEPING.

everyone started discussing for next trip.
discuss where should we have dinner when we reach singapore.
expected us to reach at 8plus 9 but we end up reaching at 10plus!
11.5 hours journey!
everyone was too tired to have dinner so everyone went home straight after we reach our destination.

end of my getaway trip! =(
i will go again for a short getaway! very relaxing!

How to put on a smile in such a time like this?

Things been changing,
usually we will just accept those changes made, sometimes it takes awhile before we can really accept.
But have you ever come across a change and ask yourself, what caused it to change?

Many things have been happening.
These things/changes are so scary that i really dunno how to accept.
I never thought these things will happen in my life, everything was fine but what had happened?
How i wish things didn't happen.

Something that looked so complete but yet it already had broken into pieces.

When you doubt something, will you doubt till you find a answer for that doubt or do you wait till something happened then you start looking for the answer?

Disappointments upon disappointments.
It hurts so much.

what is going to happen next?
Will my view change?
Will i still hope for the future?

SLC event.

Went for SLC event.
Today we went there to have bonding session with the elderly we are assigned to.
Next week we will have to accompany them to Sheng Siong to buy the things that they need.
Actually if were to just do the volunteering work, it's quite boring.
This time it's not boring at all coz we joined the event in a group.
We have fun together! HEHE =))

Anyway Anyway, was in cell group just now.
Realized that the year is ending in 1month time? about there lah.
Fast huh, blink blink abit, then end of 2010.

So for this year, what are the things that happened?
Guess the best thing that happened so far is to have such a nice class, which is W14A!
They are fun people.
My first class in RP.
I really hope to end this year well, i dun wanna end the year feeling awful like last year.

Overall, i really think that i enjoyed most of my days in year 2010.
Be it with people from W14A or people in cellgroup or family.
I am looking forward to a BETTER 2011! =)

Hello i'm back!
haha! been really busy with life.
School reopened and 2 weeks before school starts i got myself a part time job, that's why i am so tired and busy.
Anyway yup school reopened.
My new class is W46F.

seriously, honestly speaking, lessons without W14A people is like totally sian.
Miss those times where we always talk in group chat in MSN and when someone said something funny we will all laugh at the same time and faci will look at us like as though we are crazy.
cos without opening our mouth to talk we can still laugh at the same time.
Miss PARTIALLING together(then go BenTen for Ice-Cream!)! HAHHA!
Miss eating in classroom with almost the whole class.
Miss chalet, marina barrage and birthday celebration.
too many memories, lost count of all good memories.

hmmm life..... i guess it has been good to me so far.
had a chance to plan event with cg helpers and cgc.
Mid autumn festival party was fun!
(though my team created a poverty lantern. HAHA!)

GPA is out like finally. hmmm but i didn't do too well.

woke up early to check out. went to Tampines for breakfast. had Popeye's
den home sweet home! =)))))

2nd day of chalet

At 4am Shawn suggested night walk. supposed to be maximum 20mins but the night walk lasted for 2.5 hours! 10.2km
HAHAHA!
we were thinking why not we walk to ECP for McDonald's breakfast.
didn't know it was that far.
we started walking at 5am and reached at 730am.
by den all of us were damn tired already.
we reached McDonald and just ordered drinks cos we all lost our appetite. HHAHHA!
we wanted to walk back to chalet but second thought, better not, we might just collapse half way while walking back.
we took cab back. we all went to sleep.
I didn't sleep a lot. i dunno why also.
i slept for one hour den the guys say that they are going out to eat.
we were all sitting in the living room den when i get up i saw a centipede!
scare me to the max! screamed like hell!
after they went out we girls went back to room, instead of sleeping we were thinking what to eat as the guys will be packing back for us.
i slept for another 1-2 hours den woke up cos they are back.
while we eat the guys went fishing! ;/
they super strong. like no need to sleep.
after eating i went to look for them.
the place that they were at was kind of narrow. many cyclist cycled there.
i was the only girl that went cos the other 3 went to their pig land.
one awesome lady bang onto me. arrrrrr why me!
haiz. poor lips bleed. =(
after that faster went back to the bungalow.
Had BBQ for dinner again.
we watched movie, i cannot tahan anymore so i went to sleep at 3-4 am

1st day of chalet

It was an 'eventful' day!
Everyone gathered at Tanah Merah and took the shuttle bus to NSRCC.
I was kind of surprised by the cleanliness of that chalet.
It's a 2 storey bungalow chalet and the cost of it is also cheaper compared to the previous one.
we just slacked (watched Tom & Jerry!) till it's time for BBQ!
Guys were outside setting the fire while girls inside watching TV.
how nice to be a girl! =p
After BBQ the girls went up to bathe. we sat outside the toilet while kristine bathe cos she was scared. =/
HAHA!
so the guys started drinking. Kristine haven't even finish bathing, Jingwei drunk le.
super funny.
Weiting went down, Waisheng scare her by faking that he's drunk.
we were damn scared.
I was the second to bathe. so while i was bathing i heard them say Waisheng was acting.
so i was thinking to myself what the hell!
i finish bathing the 3 girls still wanna lie to me that Waisheng's drunk!
come on CLARA IS NOT THAT STUPID!

Jingwei was the first to get drunk.
Super funny! this time he didn't turn round round like the previous chalet but this time he just cannot stand properly.
He keeps on saying that he wants to drink more more more, HAHHAA
Zayar, Fabian, Hafiz and some guys carried him up to the bedroom for dunno how many times but he still manage to run down.
Zayar keep begging him not to go down anymore.
they carried him so many times that they have no more energy
HAHAH!
den after awhile Jingwei vomited!!!! wah he filled the whole sink. DISGUSTING!
we all went down when Jingwei finally sleep.
Ben came. starting drinking again.
he keeps on drinking pure Vodka & Jim Beam Whiskey and said that he wont get drunk.
at first he looks quite normal den he started talking rubbish and say he is tired den he just lie down under the dining table and sleep.
we left him there and went over to living room to watch TV den i heard weird sound.
Ben vomited! haiz.. the guys got to clean up the place.
salute them seriously! especially Shawn. He did almost all the dirty job. eeeee!
By den time checked was 3 - 4 am already.

Yes i went Marina Barrage again.
went there awhile ago.
This time is with W14A classmates.
went there with few of them first as the rest will be late.
While waiting for Ke er's kite, the guys went to buy.
seriously i didn't know guys can be so excited over kites! HAHAHA
we girls just wait outside while they went in to buy the kites.
we went there to fly kite and blow bubbles! (goodness seems like we went back to our childhood!)
there were lesser people as compared to the previous time i went.
After Marina Barrage we went dhoby ghaut for LongJohnSilver dinner and celebrated Waisheng's birthday. =)

Enjoyed those fun times with them!

Today is the last day of school and for W14A to be together as a class.

some small things happened and made me really disappointed.
sometime when people say i am sensitive i dun wish to admit but i guess i got to admit now.
maybe it's not that they are not good but it's just that i expected too much of a friend.

i realised that after the broken friendships i had in the past caused me to build up wall of expectations.
i used to close one eye if there are any small issues but now i become very sensitive in thinking.
because those small issues accumulated to be a very big issue.
i no longer feel secure in friendship that i am having.
even a small disappointment, i will have the tendency to just let go of that friendship.
i felt very sorry for my friends.
it's not your fault, just that i cannot accept.
Sorry.

currently i am watching 1 litre of tears.
that drama tells me that friends may forsake you but family will never.
Today i went dinner with parents, all i can say is that i am happy with my family and life i am having now.
=))

Went to Marina Barrage for picnic!
went with Audrey, Sean, Aaron,Agnes, Tze Hwa, my sis , Yeoyi and Yeoyi's little brother, lele.
after service i went to yeoyi's place with my sister to prepare the food and get ready while some were still in expo.
=)
we went there with 2 kites and return with 1.
=(
one of the kite went missing. haiz.
but, well we all did enjoy ourselves.
though those kites seems to love the ground more than the sky. HAHAH
After Marina Barrage we went to Aaron and Agnes house for Wii and Mahjong.
imagine after flying kite we still went on for Wii.
energy level at the end of day was negative.
so tiring but yet so fun !

Recently so many things happened.
it makes me realised one thing.
friends are just temporary, no matter how hard you tried to treasure it.

when we are young, friends are everything.
only when everyone starts to have own family.
friends are just another life story that you write in your history.

friends walk in and out of your life but FAMILY never walks out on you no matter what happens.
=)

When we are at teenage years we just wanna hang out with friends.
we will always go out with our friends from morning till night.
never did we realised that we start to spend lesser time with our family.
by the time we realised it, our parents are already old and the time that we are able to spend with them just gets lesser each day.

just to say, treasure your friends but your family too.
Family are the ones that stand with you through thick and thin =))

after this i should forget about everything.

God, please give me the grace to forgive and forget.

i am really disappointed with this class.
i thought this class was perfect with no conflict and problems.
i guess i was wrong.
i didn't know that someone who teased the same person as we do have the rights to scold us.
talked about us on our backs, end up saying never when i can even find the evidence.
disappointed with someone that is close to me.
supported all the way with their actions, end up when i am with a problem.
they stood there and see me die each time.

so tell me who can i trust now?
no one right.

i am seen being the petty and sensitive one.
seems like i am the one that didn't want the class to be peaceful.

i seems so strong on the outside.
did anyone know that i was actually hurting so much.
i just didn't wanna say anything.
putting up a strong front is what i always do to protect myself.

gossipping is wrong, what about betraying.

i tried to put everything down and talk to you.
end up, i am being ignored like an idiot.
after few times, i still tried to talk but you just ignored.

Been awhile since i update this space right?
well, school has been good to me so far.
i guess it's because i have those fun classmates.
W14A is simply an AWESOME class!
this is the class picture took when the whole class celebrated birthday for Zayar.

it's so heartwarming to see everyone don't mind doing more for one another.
we have Howard helping us by driving some of them out to buy the cake and also most of the class contributed to the cake.

it's gonna be UT 3 soon.
most of us weren't thinking about the UT 3 that is coming soon but in fact everyone is thinking about the 2nd semester.
we feel so sad whenever we talk about the 2nd semester which is that we will all be separated.
This AWESOME class can only be together for 15 weeks. =(
it's so sad, seriously.
we built the friendship up from nothing and before we knew it, we have to change class already.

Went to East Coast Park to cycle with Agnes, my sister, Yeoyi, Tze Hwa and Aaron.

W14A Chalet !!!

oppps! i guess I'm being lazy to update this blog.
well, after Asia Conference i rested for one day and off to class chalet!!
it was a SUCCESS!
Before chalet there were many disagreements.

Anyway we all had fun during that 3days 2nights.
i call it ' The SLACKER Chalet '
haha
we slacked all the way.
All we did was eat, sleep, watch TV.
Day 1
we had BBQ and night walk.
we woke up the second day and went breakfast then went back to room.
some people continue sleeping, some watched TV.
Till 5plus then went down for BBQ again.
haha.
but we spent much time together as a class.
HEEEEE

Right after chalet, some started asking if we should another chalet!
HAHHAAHA.

ASIA CONFERENCE!!! CGI

Asia Conference had finally ended!
It was a fun filled conference!
Asia Conference started on 26 May but for ushers it started on 24 May, for leaders it started way earlier.
haha.
we went to expo on Monday to help out in the support, preparing the Asia Conference bag.
Tuesday was another support.
then came Wednesday! The first day of AC.
I missed the opening sessions and those sessions that i couldn't make it because of school.
For that few days i rushed down right after school to serve.
It was very draining but it was so fun.
Though i missed the whole AC as i was serving.
The sermon that i listened was either half or that i was too tired and couldn't understand.

The serving was fun!
Met many ushers from different services.
I was serving External Traffic and was amazed by people who were attending the conference.
Ushers reporting time was 6am- 7am but at 6am when ushers came,
the congregation already started queuing!
They were really HUNGRY for God!

Yesterday was the last day, we were all tired already.
everyone was sleepy and just wish to go back home to sleep after service but we still have hall shifting.
when the friendship song was sang the ushers outside the hall sang outside the hall!
imagine people walking pass us, they must be thinking we are crazy!
we saw many people leaving, some people are going back to their countries.
we came up with an idea, we bid farewell to them by screaming and jumping!
External Ushers were screaming "Goodbye" to people who were walking out of the halls.
It was so fun!
most heartwarming when people come up to us and said
'Good Job!, we enjoyed ourselves!,the conference wont be complete without you all!'
Few of them even said 'i will be here every Sunday!'

Overall AC was a SUCCESS!

side note: porta loo really stink like hell!!! HAHAHA

Orh YA!! no doubt everyone was so tired, Ushers still cleared hall 8 which contained more than 6000 chairs within 2 hours!

even after 8 years, our closeness in the friendship is still there.
finally manage to spend time with them after years.
we were too busy with our secondary school life, as we all went to different secondary schools.

CLEAN AND TIDY SOFA.

haha.
this is the sofa that is in my room.
during olevel days i used to sit there to study, fell asleep there.
after olevel, i just leave it to dump my bags and stuff.
was so messy.
yesterday, mummy came into the room and forced me to pack up cos she wanna wash the covers.
hahah.
today she put it back.
she arranged it back nicely also.
so heartwarming.
but i guess, give me another few days it will be messy again.

hello.
been busy. actually i'm unsure of what i'm busy with.
HEEEE.
life has been good to me.
gotten my A for module. LIKE FINALLY!! haha.
did well for my Enterprise module as well.
didn't know i was the top scorer for quiz for the past month.
PRAISE THE LORD!
i wanna see more As in my daily grades!!!!

Yesterday i wasn't feeling well and couldn't pay attention in lesson.
if i dun understand the lesson means i dunno how to do presentation.
so i partial with 6 other classmates.
some of us went library after we left class.
we were in school till evening i guess.
what a day! my first partial den 'got caught'.
received an email from facilitator, asking for reasons for leaving class early yet still stayed in school. she saw us after lesson time. LIKE SO.... NVM....

very overdue picture.
went the soup spoon with Selena and minghui.
had Potpie. it's super nice.
i think I'm missing Potpie now. hahhahahaahha

been really fine since school started.

Today is good as well.
Finally have a whole day to rest.
including the 8 hours of sleep that i never had for months.

I also realised that i can't read blog posts that are too 'emo' cos i will follow the feelings.

classmates are fun!
for some reason i got a nickname call tomato
then tomato don't like to be alone, so went on and give some other classmates some fruit nicknames.

RP orientation.
first day was filled with games. running all over the place to play games.
like some kid but still alright lah. not too bad.
haha.
hmmz thank god that chinyee and huifang were in the same team as i am.
right after first day of orientation, fever, flu and cough came to say hello.
perhaps was the weather. 'everyone is so used to blaming on the weather.'

second and third day did nothing much.
both team leaders are just joker. they made us laugh a lot.
with facial expressions and voice.

i wanna buy bento boxes, bento accessories, bento bags....

sad, birthday just passed. no more gift. =(

i was looking at different designs of bento's dish and accessories till 4am yesterday.
time checked. Now is 3:52AM..

i wanna go picnic with bento!
i told some of my friends that i wanna buy those boxes, accessories and make bento for picnic!

hello?
haven't been feeling very good lately. looked through msn. hp contacts.
i can't find anyone that i wanna talk to. nowadays it's so hard to make phone calls.
been working for months. tomorrow is the last day.
you ask if i'm ok. heard that i'm always busy with work.
do you know actually i'm not busy at all. work for the past month was so slack. everyday i got to bring newspapers to read to pass each day. i can afford the time to talk on the phone but there is no one that i can talk to anymore.
you will never hear me say i talk to so and so till late.
if i really tell you i talk to so and so till late. wake me up. maybe i'm sleeping or dreaming.

well this year's birthday was a eventful one.

5 feb
went my uncle's company's Chinese New Year chalet.
went there with no expectations at all.
so was just spending time with my cousins.
when i told my aunt i need to leave to catch the last train she came out with different excuses to make me stay.
well i stayed on till 1130 and told my aunt again.
den she kinda blurt out saying if i leave den what is there to celebrate.
i started to suspect.
they surely will do some weird stuff.
haha.
so when the clock strike 12.
lights went off and cake came out!
Birthday song!
the company's chalet suddenly became "my" birthday chalet
haha.
was shock and feeling weird lah cos i dunno most of the people there.
spending birthday with strangers.
hmmmmz the feeling is....... weird!

went for make up cell group
had family lunch or dinner.
walk around chinatown and almost died of heat.
the place was super super crowded!
wanted to get some snacks but well in the end we just get the sweets.
that was the only thing that attracts us.
went from places to places.
sister kinda paid for all my expenses on that day.
HAHA.
Thanks lah sister!
went to super market to get ingredients that is needed for reunion dinner.
spent a good 3 hours there.
it was so packed till they have no more trolley!

i am not excited for birthday at all.
2009 was because everyone was focusing on studies
this year i somehow dun wish that day to arrive.

a day that you mother gave birth to you 18 years back ?

i decided to schedule this post because i dun wish to say then people start planning some whatever celebration for me.
i find it so fake and useless.

i will just say whatever i wish.
hmmz i read through some older posts,
reading and reading.
realized that over the years because of broken promises, broken friendships
i am so afraid.
afraid to trust people around me.
i'm not someone who will cling onto a friendship when the other party is giving up.
i used to cling so tight no matter what happens.
now, No.
they let me realised
that distant friendship wont last.
that busyness will eventually break off the close bond.

i really salute people who cling onto the friendship, knowing that it's going nowhere but yet they press on.
so many times i felt unhappy and longed for someone to be there but somehow that person just wont be.
how many people realised that i'm not myself since long time back and tried to care.
answer is zero.

i sent many friends away.

one after another.
do you know im speaking lesser about you already.
many times i type the sms or wanted to call you but i decided not to send the sms or dial the number.

when will i find a friend that will remember me even when they are busy?

everyday i'm walking aimlessly.
go to work and just work
den come home and sleep.

msn, facebook or handphone seems useless already?

perhaps i take friendships too serious.

was planning to go to bed already but
